Labor Day Week end

We had a wonderful week end with the kids. They arrived Saturday about noon. That evening, we celebrated my mom's 79th birthday at a lovely restaurant in Wills Point (can you believe it?) at the Four Winds Steakhouse right off Highway 20. From there, we went on to Nacogdoches, went to church Sunday morning, enjoyed the afternoon, had a few family pics made that evening and then several friends came over. It was relaxing, lots of laughing, a lot of fun. Monday afternoon we returned to Dallas by an alternate route. We heard I-20 was full because of evacuees leaving the hurricane areas. That evening, we went to dinner at Texas de Brazil to celebrate the boys' BD. WOW! That's a really, really neat place. We had the boys' presents there and then the kids had to make their way home. The week end is a lovely memory! We'd like to repeat it many times!!
