Daddy put on Benjamin's sunglasses, is trying to look
tough and mean!
This was a very relaxed day. We left our lovely B&B in Spiddal and drove about 1 1/2 hours to the Avarest B&B close to the Shannon airport where we'll stay tonight. We checked in, got some info and advice from the proprietress, and were on our way for a short drive to Quin. We came upon an old abbey, which Benjamin explored, and Daddy and Kim found ice cream. (!) We finished off our shopping at the Woolen Mills and had dinner at The Creamery on the site of Bunratty Castle. The building dates back to the 1700's and was actually the castle's creamery orginally, then it became a dairy. Another lovely evening.
